DCED has temporarily cancelled all in-person Meet & Confer meetings. Remote meeting information will be sent out to the Meet & Confer distribution list as meetings are scheduled. See below for how to be added to this notification process for remote meetings.

It is the desire of the City of Cincinnati’s Department of Community and Economic Development to enhance economic opportunity through a public meeting called Meet & Confer. The meetings require an entity that receives City funding through our department for construction projects to meet and confer with minority, female and locally owned contractors/small businesses as well as trade unions. However, any interested contractor or supplier is encouraged to attend. The meetings explain the construction project scope, the use, extent of funds, what areas will be open for bids, and more.

Below you will find our previous in-person meeting dates in ‘blue’ with the respective agendas attached. Dates with no agenda will state, ‘Cancelled’.
