After a successful first round of projects, the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is excited to announce the continuation of the Neighborhood Catalytic Capital Investment (NCCI) RFP with applications now open to a second round of transformative projects across Cincinnati!
The NCCI RFP has one application, the Early Action RFP [linked below: “NCCI – Application Form”], which targets transformative neighborhood proposals requiring pre-development resources needed for future construction.
Cincinnati City Council approved this iteration of the program’s continuation with a total sum of $500,000 (Ordinance 201-2023); the maximum request for individual projects is $100,000.
To apply for this program, applications should be completed, scanned, and emailed to DCED at firstname.lastname@example.org.
