The purpose of this meeting is to present information about the proposed project located at 3401 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
Blair Lofts I, LTD, a partnership between Kingsley + Co, Avondale Development Corporation, and Fairfield Homes, Inc, proposes the construction of a four (4) story sixty-four (64) units apartment building. The proposed new construction will be LEED Silver certified and all units will be reserved for households earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the area median income (AMI). In addition to a $1,000,000 HOMEfunded Loan previously awarded, City Council will consider an economic incentive of $300,0000 from the Avondale Tax Incremental Financing District fund.
