The purpose of this meeting is to present information about the proposed project for the expansion of the Nehemiah Manufacturing Company facility located at 979 Berlin Street in Lower Price Hill, and to collect public input and feedback on the proposal.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Please send a request to the following email address for the meeting link to join and it will be sent directly to you: samantha.mclean@cincinnati-oh.gov

Nehemiah Manufacturing proposes to expand their current facility by constructing a 49,900 square foot office and light manufacturing facility, resulting in 101 retained FTEs at the existing facility, 17 FTEs transferred to the new facility, and 15 new FTEs at the new facility. The property proposed for the expansion is currently owned by the City of Cincinnati. The City Planning Commission approved the sale of the City-owned property in December 2020. City Council will consider the proposed below fair market land sale of City-owned property, along with a Commercial CRA tax abatement, to support the proposed expansion.
