City of Cincinnati Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) Outreach The City of Cincinnati receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to conduct community and economic development activities. Important Information Regarding 2020 LIHTC Applications The Department of Community & Economic Development is excited to hear about the various Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) applications proposed for submission for Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) 2020 - 2021 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). LIHTC applications are due to OHFA by Thursday, February 13, 2020. The Department of Community & Economic Development is excited to announce the recipients of the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) 2019-B loan program. DCED’s Housing Division is recommending five (5) residential developments for NOFA loan awards. The awarded projects total $27 million in investment and 88 housing units.
