In the spring of 2018, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) received an increase in the number of 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LITHC) it can award from 2019 -2021. City Begins Accepting Applications for OTR Parking Permits Dec. 17 CINCINNATI – The City of Cincinnati will begin accepting applications for parking permits for residents in Over-the-Rhine (OTR) on Monday, Dec. 17. The permits are part of a new program that gives residents in a designated part of OTR the option to purchase an annual pass for on-street parking. Madcap Education Center Holds Grand Opening CINCINNATI – After seven years of hard work, the new Madcap Education Center in Westwood is opening to the public. Redevelopment of Queen City Barrel site is honored CINCINNATI – The City of Cincinnati’s Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) received “Best in Show” for the Excellence in Economic Development Award category Tuesday from a top international organization.
