DotLoop
DotLoop serves the residential real estate market by providing a web-based, virtual workspace that lets users create, adjust, approve, and electronically sign documents and contracts in one seamless, online environment. The company, founded in 2008, is growing rapidly and needed new office space to accommodate their growth.
DotLoop evaluated its options, and decided that Cincinnati is the best place for them to expand. They are moving to Longworth Hall and will grow to over 70 employees over the next several years. The company’s decision to come to Cincinnati was based in part on job creation tax credits provided by the City and State of Ohio.
“The DotLoop team applauds the efforts that the City of Cincinnati is taking to facililtate innovation and growth in our community.” according to Austin Allison, CEO of DotLoop. “By empowering people’s ideas here, the City of Cincinnati helps spur innovation and growth that inspires our region to become Silicon Valley of the Midwest.”
