Description: The City of Cincinnati partnered with The Kroger Co., North American Properties, 3CDC, and Rookwood Properties to develop a new mixed-use development at the corner of Court and Walnut Streets in Downtown Cincinnati. The $90.5 million project will include Cincinnati’s first Downtown supermarket in nearly 45-years (45,000 square feet), a 550-space public parking garage on the Streetcar line, and 139 luxury residential apartment units.
