A public hearing open house round table will be held at The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. The hearing is an opportunity to provide feedback regarding the City's expenditure of federal funds as it develops its 2016 Annual Action Plan. An Annual Action Plan is created annually and determines how the City will meet the goals described in the City's 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan. Together these plans describe how the City will spend the following federal funds: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

City staff will be available to answer questions regarding specific programs.

The 2016 Annual Action Plan will detail the City’s plan and budget of the Federal CDBG and HOME grants during 2016.

The 2015–2019 Consolidated Plan can be viewed on the City’s Web site.

Written comments may be e-mailed to Aisha.Tzillah@Cincinnati-OH.gov no later than October 30, 2015 to be included in City submission of documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Written citizen input comment cards identifying priority community needs will only be made available at the public hearing open house round table.
