Cincinnati Neighborhoods: South Cumminsville
South Cumminsville was annexed to the City of Cincinnati in 1873. The neighborhood sits on less than 0.5 square miles of land, surrounded by Millvale, Fay Apartments, Northside, and Camp Washington. The neighborhood currently partners with Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) to bring more affordable quality housing, parks, crosswalks, green spaces, and more to residents.
Neighborhood organizations such as WIN and others maintain a strong presence to build on its vitality and respond to needs and issues voiced by residents. Neighborhood development is also led by the South Cumminsville Community Council.
