Cincinnati Neighborhoods: Paddock Hills
Paddock Hills was annexed in 1903, and its history remains present in the Tudor Revival and Dutch Colonial Revival architecture of its housing stock, as well as bungalow-style houses. The community sits in between North Avondale to the south and Bond Hill to the north, close to the Norwood Lateral nearly equidistant between I-71 and I-75.
Paddock Hills is also threaded by Reading and Paddock roads. Avon Fields, the oldest municipal golf course west of the Alleghenies, is located in Paddock Hills, as is Avon Woods Nature Center. Neighborhood development is led by Paddock Hills Assembly.
