Cincinnati Neighborhoods: Bond Hill
Annexed in 1903, Cincinnati’s Bond Hill community sits between Paddock Hills to the south and Roselawn to the north. Its proximity to I-75 and State Route 562 (the Norwood Lateral) make it easily accessible to its residents and visitors. Maketewah Country Club, known as “the friendliest club in town”. Many large companies are investing in and moving to Bond Hill because of its central location, population, and space for growth.
The neighborhood is seeing more investment in other revitalization strategies, as well. Neighborhood development is led by the Bond Hill Urban Redevelopment Corporation, whose mission is to make possible and/or implement the acquisition, clearance, re-planning, development or re-development of vacant lots or blighted properties within the Bond Hill Community.
